Are the reports of marriage for Heidi and Spencer true? Supposedly so - Heidi and Spencer, odd heart-throbs from the Hills, are reportedly now married. Pretty surprising news really. Most I know concur Spencer is a jerk - Heidi could do so much better it's truly not funny.

Stuffing Recipe
Stuffing Recipe - from the NY Times. Mark Bittman gives a scrumptious stuffing recipe in the NY Times:
The orginal James Beard Stuffing Recipe. Mr.Beard was reportedly the first to suggest that his Stuffing recipe for stuffing should be cooked outside the turkey, which would produce a light, buttery, crunchy side dish.
Here is Mark's version of the James Beard Stuffing Recipe:
Fresh Bread Stuffing
Yield 6 to 8 cups, enough to stuff a 12-pound bird or serve 8 to 12 people
Time About 1 hour

Summary
To vary the dressing, you can use olive oil or dried fruit, cooked chestnuts, gizzards, crumbled sausage or mushrooms (cooked with the scallions), or any combination of these.
Ingredients
8 to 9 ounces French or Italian bread
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 cups chopped scallions, onions or shallots
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon or sage leaves or 1 teaspoon dried crumbled tarragon or sage
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Tear bread into chunks, and put them in the container of a food processor; you may need to do this in batches. Pulse until you have coarse, irregular crumbs, no smaller than a pea and preferably larger.
2. Melt butter over medium heat in a large, deep skillet, Dutch oven or casserole. Add scallions, and cook, stirring occasionally, until they soften, about 5 minutes. Add nuts and cook, stirring almost constantly, until they begin to brown, about 3 minutes.
3. Add bread crumbs and tarragon or sage, and toss to mix. Turn heat to low, and add parsley, along with some salt and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Bake stuffing in same pan, or put in an ovenproof casserole. Bake 30 minutes, or until stuffing is lightly browned on top. Serve hot. (Stuffing may also be cooked in turkey, if desired.)

Twilight Movie Reviews
Twilight Movie Reviews remains very hot as Twilight Movie Reviews continue to roll in, and continue to range from disappointing to average. Rotten Tomatoes is coming in at 50%.
Here's one bit of positive news - most reviews are coming from men who have been disappointed in the special effects. Twilight move reviews among women may be focusing more on the love story angle.
Regardless of the Twilight movie reviews, the first weekend will be mega all the way around.

Twilight reviews are starting to creep in, and the reviewers have generally been average to disappointed. Ticket sales, however, of Twilight are robust and will not disappoint - at least for the first few weekends.
Twilight will be a holiday smash if the young set likes it and buzzes it - we'll see.
Lorelei Shellist
Lorelei Shellist is an unusually hot celebrity right now - and I'm not sure why exactly, however, it's probably because her auto-biography Runway RunAway, scheduled for an 11/25 release, is getting some buzz right now.
Runway RunAway is Lorelei Shellist's life story of going from unknown 15 year-old runaway to aspiring L.A. model. Intertwined in the story is her long romance with Steve Clark, guitarist of the rock band Def Leppard.
Both Steve Clark and and Lorelei Shellist are popular searches today.
Lorelei Shellist is an international model and actress who is known professionally for her distinctive voice. I must say, however, her pictures are also stunning. She has quietly appeared in a host of TV shows such as Good Morning America, Inside Edition, AM New York, Good Morning Los Angeles, CNN, and Joan Rivers.

Brad Pitt's Tattoo's - Where are they?
Brad Pitt's Tattoos: Apparently we still don't know where they area. Brad joined Oprah today for the first time since 2005. You may recall that was prior to his break up with Jennifer Aniston.
Brad seemed uncomfortable most of the time, but was glad to speak of his 6 kiddo's with Angelina Jolie. He said: “Probably. It’s [parenthood] the greatest endeavor I’ve ever taken on. Why stop now?”
He was more than mum about those tattoos, however, maybe we'll find them soon enough

Deborra-Lee Furness and Hugh Jackman - Adoptive Parents
Deborra-Lee Furness is the actress wife of Hugh Jackman, who has the potential holiday smash hit Australia, coming out this month with Nicole Kidman. Furness and Jackman are highly involved with the first ever National Adoption Awareness Week in Australia. Deborra-Lee Furness and Hugh Jackman are adoptive parents to two children - eight-year-old Oscar and three-year old Ava.
Deborra-Lee Furness commented she feels the adoption process should not be so long.... "People are waiting for so long - a minimum of three years and sometimes up to ten," ...."And you hear there are 133 million orphans in the world. There are families for the children - let's make it happen faster."

Gil Grissom: CSI Actor William Peterson Adios
Gil Grissom will be no more on CSI. Not sure how the popular actor William Peterson will exit, but, we do know he will be replaced by the dynamic Laurence Fishburne. Gil Grissom / William Peterson is clearly one of the all-time favorites for the CSI brand. It will be interesting to see if fans give Fishburne, a great movie actor IMO, a chance. CSI has now lost yet another vital cast member, which does not bode well.
